All of our 2011 User Group Sessions have been designed to ensure that you leave with the management tools you need to ensure the continued success of your club. Since our sessions are still a few months away, we're still in the process of finalizing our classroom schedule, but that shouldn't stop you from seeing what we have in store. Club Management
The Club Management module truly is the heart of your Jonas Club Management system. It houses all of your member information and ensures proper membership billing. With additional features including Pre Authorized Payments, Day Camp, Minimum Billing and Cash Cards, as well as 300 custom member demographic fields available for your use, there really is no limit to how this application can be customized for every club. As a result, a thorough understanding of the many features within the Club Management module is essential to ensure accurate billing and overall system optimization. During this session, specific topics covered will include:
- Reverse Audits created in Club Management Chit Processing
- Creating a date sensitive member count report
- New sorting capabilities within configurable statement design
- Email tasks in Communication Tracking or Sync with Outlook

Point Of Sale Food & Beverage
Optimal Point of Sale setup and maintenance are essential to your Food & Beverage operations. With a thorough understanding of existing features, new system enhancements and best practices, you and your staff will leave our two part session better prepared to efficiently deliver first class service than ever before. ClubHouse Online & ClubBroadCast Email Marketing
Designed for ClubHouse Online and clubbroadCast users, this session will provide an in-depth understanding of the integration between these tools and your Jonas Club Management System. Attendees should expect to develop a better understanding of the online marketing tools/features that will ultimately enable them to improve efficiency & effectiveness when communicating with members. Topics covered include:
- Social Networking – deepen the interconnectedness of your membership by offering social network like features to your members and guests such as groups, forums, message boards, member to member messaging and blogs
- Online Dining Reservations – increase occupancy in your dining facilities by providing your members with an easy to use online reservation system for a la carte dining
- Online Tee Times – extend your tee sheets online by providing golfers with a variety of methods by which to reserve tee times at the club including an optimized mobile version and a method by which public golfers can make reservations online
- Content creation – utilize the wide variety of tools available for your website to create dynamic content including Document Types, BizForms and Webparts.
- ClubHouse Online e3 Permissions – cater content to various constituencies by way of the page level permissions in CHO e3 (potentially sleep inducing, but a shortfall of training)

It is important to have all of the right tools at your fingertips if you want to successfully market to your membership, and clearly, there are many new and exciting strategies for improving membership retention and recruitment. However, we can’t ignore an “oldie but a goodie” which is one of the most compelling reasons to become a private club member. RECIPROCITY! Reciprocity is by no means a new concept, but it is one which doesn’t receive the attention it deserves in today’s club industry. When leveraged properly, reciprocal arrangements can have a tremendous impact on your club’s retention and recruitment strategies.

The integration between your Point of Sale, and modules such as Inventory and Tee Time Management, make Retail Point of Sale one of the most dynamic and feature rich systems within your club. The system is directly connected to the information in the General Ledger and Point-of-Sale (POS) sales data area. This year we are very proud to be offering the first session on our all new Banquet & Catering / Event Management system. Launched in the fall of 2010, this new system is packed with all of the features you need to not only manage your banquet and catering events, but all types of scheduled club events.
