When your club registers for one of our upcoming sessions, and pays full price ($100.00) for the first attendee, every additional attendee will cost just $50.00 each. Just think, if your club registers four attendees, you are paying less than $65.00/person for a full day of in person Jonas education!
Please note that we are no longer able to accommodate additional registrations for our Boston or Long Island User Group Sessions. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you have selected to pay via Credit Card, the person listed above as "Main Contact"will be sent a Credit Card Payment form which will need to be completed and faxed back to our secure fax line. This document, as well as additional information, will be sent via email within one week of your User Group registration.
If you have selected to pay via Invoice, you will be billed automatically based on the information you have submitted within this form. Billing will usually take place within three weeks of registration.
Once you have submitted this form, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details which you have submitted to us. If any of the details are wrong, please contact us via the information which will be provided in the email.

Registrations/Payments cannot be accepted less than 24 hours before an event.
Payments are required in advance. Payments made within 7 days of your User Group date are accepted by credit card only. If requested, refunds are provided 7 days or more in advance of the User Group date.
