Catering/Banquet Event Orders
A properly designed Catering/Banquet Event Order is crucial to the success of any function. With Event Management, your Event Order is automatically generated once information has been entered into the system. It can be printed or emailed directly from the main Booking Screen, and is customizable to your club’s wishes.
User Defined Custom Fields
Keeping track of the unique details of each event at your club is vital to ensuring that your staff is able to deliver the highest level of service. With Event Management, you can create custom fields for each event type within your system, enabling even the smallest details to be tracked. These fields can even be made mandatory, ensuring that your staff retrieves key pieces of information before finalizing and booking an event.
Automated Tasks
With Event Management, tasks can automatically be added to an event based on user selections or the event configuration. For example, when a resource such as a projector is added to an event, the task of “Projector Setup & Testing” can be automatically added for event staff. With Automated Tasks, no aspect of your event will be overlooked.
Online Integration
Event Management can be integrated to your ClubHouse Online website allowing members to register for events by way of your club’s website calendar. All registration details can be captured online – registrants and registration details – and sent to Event Management to ensure that your event goes off without a hitch.
Quick Registration
The Quick Registration feature enables a single member to register for an event on behalf of themselves, as well as additional members and guests. Even if they don’t yet know who will be accompanying them, the registration can simply be made under the primary member’s name, with additional attendees who are yet to be determined.
Batch Billing
With the Batch Billing feature, Event Management allows for all registrations with signing privileges to be billed at one time. As well, if a group of members attend an event together under a single registration, each member can still be billed individually, in one batch settlement. Your staff simply selects who is responsible for each individual’s charge, and the charges are processed to the appropriate member account.
