Users can quickly create player reservations based on existing member and guest information, and when the booking has been created, the proper cart and green fees are automatically selected and member/ guest rules are verified. Club members are further accommodated by way of creating and managing their upcoming tee times from your club website, or via their own mobile device.
The Player Details Screen allows for fast retrieval of member and guest information such as recent purchases and player preferences. Users can update the member or guest database on the fly, view player history to alert staff on the booking habits of members/guests, and process credit card transactions.
Whether it is 1:00 p.m. or 3:00 a.m., your Tee Time Reservation System is always open for business. Offering the ability for your members to book online or via their mobile device not only increases course utilization, it satisfies the need that your members are coming to expect: 24/7 Online & Mobile club access.
All sales items on the reservation are transferred directly into your Point Of Sale system. No longer will you have to ‘pick and choose’ green fees, and merchandise can easily be added to the bill and settled at the POS. Player names and tee times can also be printed directly on each player’s receipt for presentation to your starter.
Automatic emails notify members of frost delays or confirmed reservation times (with the option to also send out an appointment update in Outlook).
