Markham, Ontario (July 19, 2023) - Jonas Club Software, the award-winning club technology company, announced the schedule for the 2023 Client Feedback Forums. In these full-day sessions, the company will provide valuable information on its Product Ecosystem and Technology Roadmap, and attendees will have the opportunity to give feedback on future product enhancements and features in the Open Forum.
The Client Feedback Forums take place in the US and Canada during September and October. Those interested can register for an event through
jonasclub.com/feedback_forum. These sessions are a unique opportunity to give product feedback and enhancement requests directly to Jonas Club Software product managers, who will be on-site to meet attendees.
The company received positive results from the previous Client Feedback Forum at the 2023 HFTP Club Summit and aims to continue involving clients in the product development process. “Having Product Managers in the room to directly engage with users is indeed a great way to bridge the gap between software development and user needs. By actively incorporating user input, software developers are creating a more user-friendly and efficient product,” said Thomas G. Smith, Chief Business Officer at Imperial Golf Club.
He continued, “The interactive session provided a platform for open communication and collaboration between Jonas users and Jonas staff. The product managers’ ability to better understand our needs enabled them to tailor their development efforts more effectively. By discussing their processes, opportunities, and challenges, they shed light on the development roadmap and explained the rationale behind certain decisions or limitations.”
Since the last Client Feedback Forum, the company has documented all of the suggestions proposed by attendees to make enhancements to its products.
