This November, we are honored to invite you to join us in New York City.
Each year we bring together a small group of key clients and industry leaders for our Executive Steering Committee. It is a material investment we make to share our strategy and direction openly, and to do it in the company of the people who know clubs best.
This is more than a chance to hear our roadmap. It is an invitation to have authorship in it. We want you to engage with where we are headed, and to help shape it.

We are bringing together a cross-functional group of leaders from different backgrounds, club types, and regions. We are excited about what that diversity brings, both in the quality of the conversation and in the opportunities for peers to connect. The group is still being finalized, but we wanted to reach out and flag the dates early for you.

The final itinerary is still being worked through. Here is the current plan.
Arrival and welcome
Plan to arrive in the morning or early afternoon. We will open with an intro session in the late afternoon or early evening, followed by a cocktail reception to set the tone for the days ahead.
A full day of strategy and direction
Our core day together, focused on sharing where we are headed and gathering your input on it. That evening, we will host a special thank-you event for attendees.

Attendees are welcome to depart at their convenience.

Everything on-site is taken care of
Accommodation and meetings at The Yale Club, meals, and planned activities are all covered while on-site. We simply ask that attendees book their own travel to and from New York City.
