Innovation Sprints Live: CMAA 2026 Showcase

58 min.Recorded March 20263 presenters

58 min.

Summary

Missed the booth at CMAA, or want a closer look at what was unveiled? This session recreates the show floor in a fast, sprint-style format, jumping from station to station across the full Jonas ecosystem over about an hour. The team walks through the modernized JCM interface, secure cloud hosting, Jonas Club Payments, MembersFirst engagement tools, a brand-new dining reservations and table-management platform, The Sheet tee sheet, a first look at Jonas Synergy, and the next generation of MetricsFirst reporting. It is less a product-by-product demo than a connected view of how the whole ecosystem is evolving to simplify operations and elevate the member experience.

What you’ll learn

  • The modernized JCM interface, with full-page views, tabs, and improved search, rolling out this year
  • What moving JCM to secure cloud hosting involves, including the one-to-two-week migration
  • Jonas Club Payments: integrated processing, transparent pricing, surcharging, and no middleware
  • MembersFirst engagement updates, from time-slot waitlists to geofencing and cross-channel content
  • The new browser-based dining reservations platform with live table management
  • The Sheet in action, a first look at Jonas Synergy, and the AI-driven MetricsFirst reporting refresh

Questions about this webinar

Is this a full demo of each product?

No. It is a fast sprint-style showcase meant to show what is new and what is coming across the ecosystem. The team sets up tailored, deeper demos with clubs afterward.

When does the new JCM interface arrive, and is there a learning curve?

It is in alpha now and rolls out to both hosted and on-premise clients around the end of Q2 into Q3. It is a look-and-feel change only. Menus and functions stay exactly where they are, so there is effectively no learning curve.

How long does moving JCM to the cloud take?

Typically about one to two weeks, in six steps, including a sandbox phase where you test real tasks before go-live. Because it looks and works the same, no staff training is required.

What is different about the new dining reservations module?

It is a browser-based table-management system with floor-plan and timeline views, capacity thresholds per room or across a shared kitchen, walk-in seating, and online booking. It enters alpha next month with a handful of clubs.

How does the new MetricsFirst reporting use AI?

You can ask questions in natural language and build custom dashboards from a prompt, with drill-downs and more than 40 visualization types. It is in beta through the first half of the year, built on Amazon Web Services.

Do we need new hardware for Jonas Club Payments?

Only new card devices for in-person payments, with wired and wireless options. A current promotion covers that cost, and a mobile POS option is coming soon.
