For someone who has never visited, your website is the first impression they get and often the only one. For members, it is where the club lives between visits. In this session, Victoria Burns, Senior Manager of Corporate Marketing at Jonas Club Software, is joined by MembersFirst project manager Lauren Lyle for a walk through the club websites inspiring redesigns heading into 2027. They start with Quail Creek’s launch and work through why clubs redesign, how navigation gets decided, renovation pages that keep members bought in, Mizner’s new member welcome center and automated membership campaigns, Northampton’s GM-led rebuild, Vasari’s foundation page, Addison Reserve’s quarterly digital campaigns, and a preview of Daniel Island’s new design. It closes with what AI assistants are already telling people about your club, and the one easy thing to add to your site in 2027 so they get it right, followed by live questions on timelines, budgets, and the mobile app.

Creating a Digital Experience That Reflects the Club
“Everything from aesthetics, knowledge, functionality was easily covered. The team we were able to work with was second to none.”

New Member Welcome Center
“I don’t want members to be waiting for us to push the information to them. I wanted them to have the tools to be able to find it themselves.”

Digital Campaign
“It wasn’t just about a website redesign. It was about functionality across the board.”

It depends on how deep and customized the build is and how many add-ons are included. A fully bespoke site takes longer than a themed approach, which is more turnkey and can be extended later. A project manager breaks the project into milestones, coordinates schedules, and sends a weekly Friday status email so everyone at the club knows what is due next.
It depends on how far you want to go, and it is usually more affordable than clubs expect. There are custom and themed options at different levels, and the Jonas team can walk through those with you during budget season.
Not very. A new member onboarding program is a one-time project, not an annual ask to the board, and it runs on a tight cadence with its own project manager. The team helps with copywriting, tone, and voice, and most clubs can launch within six to twelve weeks.
Yes. Clubs put it in the app so every member sees it. Addison Reserve was one of the first to do this and found members stopped calling with how-do-I questions and started engaging more with the club instead.
MembersFirst is a product line of Jonas Club Software, not a separate vendor. There are a few options, from a fully custom design to a themed approach that is quicker to put together but still gives a strong foundation to grow from. Existing clients wanting new tools like chat or ribbon forms should start with their Jonas client manager or MembersFirst specialist.
Google Analytics. MembersFirst sets up an account on every redesign, usually two weeks before go-live, or connects the club’s existing property if you provide the details. For access on a current site, contact your client service manager.
