Is Synergy really browser-based, and do we need to install anything?

It is fully browser-based. There is nothing to download. As long as you have internet access, you securely log in from anywhere and choose which terminal to enter.

How many clubs are live, and is it ready for us?

Around 25 clubs were live at the time of the session, with the platform more than two years in the making. Readiness depends on your club's specific requirements, which the team works through with you before recommending a fit.

Does it cover lodging and marina operations?

Hotel and lodging are handled through an integration with Jonas Quorum, and a club is already live with members booking rooms online. There is no marina application today, though it is on the roadmap.

Does it include all the booking modules, like spa, courts, classes, and appointments?

There is no dedicated spa application, but an activities application covers reservation-based bookings such as courts and appointments, and classes, appointments, and events are all included.

Can Gary, the AI assistant, be renamed?

Not currently. Gary stays consistent across the member app and the back office as a homage to founder Gary Jonas. It is something the team could revisit in the future.

How does Synergy help train new staff?

A procedural version of Gary gives step-by-step instructions for tasks in the system, paired with the Jonas Synergy Academy, where you assign skills and new hires take tests and walk through the platform.
