Most tee sheets sit outside the club’s core system and rely on batch files, middleware, or re-keying to stay in step with billing. The Sheet was built the other way around, living directly inside the Jonas ecosystem so the tee sheet, member roster, point of sale, and events all read from one record. In this launch session, Jonas Club Software’s marketing team sets the stage with the friction most golf shops live with, then product owner Luke Vincent walks through The Sheet itself: booking and drag and drop on the admin sheet, chits sent to JCM or Encore singly or in bulk at end of day, blocks for events and restricted play, and the member booking experience on any device. Questions about this webinar
Is The Sheet replacing the tee sheet in JCM?
No. JCM tee times remain a separate, supported product with no plan to remove it. The Sheet is an additional option for clubs that want the modern interface and deeper integration, not a forced conversion.
How does billing work between The Sheet and the point of sale?
The chit populates from your pricing profile when players arrive. Select the players and send to the point of sale, and the chit lands on the chit board in JCM or Encore. Process it there and the sheet updates in real time to show it is paid.
Can we bill the whole day at once instead of one reservation at a time?
Yes. Check players in through the day or use check in full day, then process daily chits finds everyone checked in but not yet billed and sends every chit to the point of sale in one action, where they can be settled and closed in bulk.
What integrations does The Sheet support beyond the point of sale?
JCM and Encore are the native connections. Beyond those, The Sheet integrates with tools clubs already rely on, including Golf Genius for events, Golf Canada and GHIN for handicap indexes, and other golf vendors.
How flexible is the lottery system?
The enhanced lottery system was built with partner clubs including Medinah and supports fully custom spans, point assignment, no show penalties, and a lottery point centre for reporting. Most clubs will not approach the complexity it can handle.
Can members see who has posted their scores?
Yes, optionally. The peer review system lets an administrator report on non posted scores and nudge members from the same screen, and the member side can be enabled so members look up posting status across the membership.
